Band Banquet
This group of volunteers works on the planning and organization of the annual Spring Concert & Banquet for students and parents. They are responsible for decorating, coordinating with caterers, creating tickets, and designing the senior gifts.

Chaperones
This committee is responsible for getting chaperones per the recommendation of the Band Director for all of the officially sanctioned band functions.

Fundraising
This group of volunteers is responsible for working with the treasurer on all fundraising events undertaken by the band program. They actively search for new opportunities and facilitate consistent procedures and record keeping for all current events.

Gulf Coast Invitational
Members of this committee organize and plan the annual Gulf Coast Invitational Marching Band Festival & Competition which takes place the last Saturday in September each year. Programs, announcements, awards, concessions, ticket sales, and water distribution are all vital functions run by this committee.

Hospitality
This committee is responsible for decorating and providing food, drinks, and snacks for the various events the band program hosts throughout the year. These events include, but are not limited to, the GCI Band Competition, the NBA Band Symposium, the GCBDA Honor Band Clinic, and the ASBDA Concert Band Pre-Festival.

Pit Crew and Props
This group of volunteers is responsible for creating props as needed on a yearly basis and providing assistance with the unloading and transportation of pit equipment and props at performances.

Members of this committee are responsible for promoting band activities, fund-raising events, and working with school district and local media to distribute press releases.

This committee is responsible for creating designs and providing spirit gear items for students and parents to purchase to support the band program.

Uniforms
This group of volunteers assists with sizing the students for their marching and concert uniforms. They also assist with the cleaning, repair, and needed adjustments to ensure our students always look their best.
